The problem is that there is 58 unit cap for the first five years, so we’re not gonna see any meaningful impact from the much needed Missing Middle plan for at least another decade.

Arlington just recently approved “missing middle” housing, which means that developers and land owners are now allowed to build additional homes/units on their property to fill up spaces previously reserved for lawns, parking, setbacks, etc. This means that much more reasonably priced housing will become available in the coming few years!

No issues with flooding since the 1970s when Four Mile Run was re engineered. A wonderful place to live, but very expensive.

Much wealth comes from real estate, and it looks like you made some very smart investments in your 20+ years in Arlington. The 2017 sale netted about $500,000. That’s fantastic!

I’m sorry, I don’t make the prices 🙂 Only reporting on what’s happening so people know. Then, if it works for their budget that’s great. But if it doesn’t then they know not to try Arlington.

Trust me.you cannot live in Arlington unless you are a couple who make over $130,000 per year.
