Hello Hassan, as you are over 65 years, you would get a reduction in real estate taxes in MD, DC and Virginia. So you would be able to benefit regardless of where you live!

Incredible areas to live and work, if we weren’t living in Florida we would be back in the DC metro area in a heart beat.
