					<description><![CDATA[Hello, I have just finished my education in political science, but I currently reside in a small town where job opportunities are very scarce.  I am looking into relocating to Washington, DC, where I have reasonable accommodations to get to places, including riding the Metro to work. I&#039;m also looking into pursuing a PhD there.  Are there employers in DC that you know of that offer relocation assistance packages to entry-level candidates?  Thank you.]]></description>
