Melissa is the best realtor there is! She helped my husband and I as we were moving across the country from CA to DMV region over six years ago. She was first there to help us find a condo rental, and subsequently helped us buy our first condo and then our new townhome. She is the most honest, helpful, sincere , knowledgeable person when it comes to real estate (and just a genuine human being in general). When we decided to renovate our new home, she wanted to make sure we were connected with others who would give us affordable rates. I am so thankful for all the work she has done for our family. Side note – She’s a corgi person, who has a nonprofit corgi rescue. All around wonder woman, I tell ya.

Melissa and her team are outstanding!!! DMV housing market can be extremely hard to navigate with the different neighborhoods and competitiveness but Melissa is so knowledgeable and honest with each home she showed us. While on vacation, she made sure to connect us with another realtor, Wendi, who is equally amazing and ensure there was no missing gaps. I truly appreciate the strong connection she has with various vendors to make the whole home buying process more efficient and seamless. Highly recommend!

Melissa and her team were above and beyond. They lead us through the process of finding a house and gave us great advice all the times and they worked tirelessly to make sure we are very informed we were able to buy a house in a short period of time. They did not mind going to the same house 2 or 3 times sometimes and they were always accessible, kind, and genuine. The process was very smooth and flawless. I highly recommend her and her team for any one selling or buy their house. We will definitely work with her again in selling our current condo!
