I’ve been considering moving from Florida into an area near DMV.  I suspect I’d prefer DC or MD, but I don’t want an area that I’m not comfortable in. I’d prefer stand-alone house, then townhouse, then condo. Newer is better than old. 

Silver Spring Md looked shabby to me, so maybe i looked in the wrong areas. S Laurel had some good. Columbia seemed nice, but too far away.

Your thoughts matter.

Also, how are RE Agents paid there? Do sellers pre-decide how much?]]></description>
