Melissa is the best realtor there is! She helped my husband and I as we were moving across the country from CA to DMV region over six years ago. She was first there to help us find a condo rental, and subsequently helped us buy our first condo and then our new townhome. Melissa and her team are outstanding!!! dMV housing market can be extremely hard to navigate with the different neighborhoods and competitiveness but Melissa is so knowledgeable and honest with each home she showed us. While on vacation, she made sure to connect us with another realtor, Wendi, who is equally amazing and ensure there was no missing gaps. Melissa and her team were above and beyond. They lead us through the process of finding a house and gave us great advice all the times and they worked tirelessly to make sure we are very informed we were able to buy a house in a short period of time. On multiple occasions where she stood to gain much larger commissions from us, she actually talked us out of spending more money that we should! I have no idea where to begin. Melissa and Michael were the dream team that I needed to not only purchase a house but to find a place that I could call home. Being a first time home buyer, Melissa and Michael were not only wonderful teachers during the process, they were incredibly patient and willing to answer any and all questions that I had… And I had a lot!
